Booking: Please contact by phone, fax, or e-mail initially to confirm and provisionally book the rental dates prior to sending booking form and cheque.  Tenancy commences at 2pm. and please vacate by 10am. on departure.

Payment: By cheque to A J Smith. If less than 8 weeks between booking and rental, full payment is required. If more than 8 weeks then 25% is required with balance no later than 8 weeks prior to rental. Non payment by this date will render the booking subject to cancellation and forfeit of deposit. We reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to cancel the bookings. Any money received will be returned and this would be the limit of our liability. Every effort would be made to find alternative accommodation.

Damages: All damages and breakages will be charged to clients and deducted from the breakage deposit. In the event of the breakage exceeding this deposit the client will be invoiced. Assuming no breakages or damage the deposit will be returned on receipt of the key or within two weeks of the end of rental.
