This beautiful house is situated within a few minutes drive of Calasparra. Access is by large gates to the front of the property with ample parking.

The house is light, airy & air-conditioned making the the house cool & comfortable even in the heat of the summer. Outside a covered veranda runs around the full length of the house providing welcome shade for sitting or eating. There are patios for sunbathing and a barbecue area near the pool, which has a separate shower.

The front door opens into the hallway. Directly in front is the bathroom & to the left is the lounge with separate dining area. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, furnishings and paintings. There is a large fireplace with log burner for those chilly evenings in the winter, TV, DVD and CD, & radio.

Bedroom one is a pleasant double room situated on the ground floor, with views over a nearby orchard. The room is fully air-conditioned & is controlled via remote control.

Bedroom two is on the first floor & has one double & one single bed. The room is fully air-conditioned & is controlled via remote control. . 

The third bedroom is a single room on the ground floor with wonderful view of the pool & the mountains beyond
