The villa is set in its own private grounds of approximately 1.6 acres, is fully air-conditioned & is surrounded by breath taking views of the mountains beyond.

The addition of the summer house by the pool side in March 2006 will offer welcome shade during the summer months. With soft lighting it provides a delightful place to sit during the evening whilst enjoying a meal & a glass of wine or two.  

In 2007 we installed a system for piping music etc into the Summerhouse. Sound from any Satellite channel, which includes all UK National Radio stations such as BBC Radios 1,2,3,4 & 5 etc can now be listened to by the pool or music from the CD Player or if you have one, your own MP3 device.

Casa Kristina is situated in the beautiful mountains surrounding the near by town of Calasparra. Calasparra is a traditional Spanish town, situated forty-five kilometers north west of Murcia & is aptly known as the "Paradise of the region".
